We do not store your customers information. In some very limited instances we need access to customer data in order to provide some features of Pre-Order Alpha. Specifically we need access to customer data within orders in order to send your customers personalized pre-order notification emails. Merchant information is only stored for as long as Pre-Order Alpha app is installed and discarded shortly after it is uninstalled.
